It's important to keep moving whether it is daily walking, swimming, hiking or your favorite sport or visiting the gym regularly.

It is recommended 150 minutes a week of moderate-intensity physical aerobic activity and 2 days of muscle strengthening activity.
Yoga - I am a Certified 200-hour yoga instructor. I teach Chair Yoga at senior centers, community centers and privately.

I teach to mostly seniors. I offer a safe, gentle practice, mostly seated, unless otherwise specified and with as much challenge as you and I see fit.
There is NO One Size Fits All.
We discuss your exercise & medical history, medications, illnesses, injuries, surgeries, etc.
We take it from there with your goals and why it is important for you to exercise and do yoga.
I design a personalized program for you that we can tweak; add or delete as we go along for the best results and benefits for you.
