I believe in the transformative power of yoga. My chair yoga class philosophy centers around mindfulness, balance, and self-discovery, guiding you on your journey to wellness. We open and close with a few minutes of guided meditation.

My mission is to provide a welcoming space for individuals to explore the physical and mental benefits of yoga, chair yoga, strength training and balancing activities.
Yoga is for every body and I strive to support the community for all of my students.

I am a certified 200-hour vinyasa yoga instructor, senior fitness and meditation teacher. I earned my BA degree in Psychology from Prescott College in Arizona. I am passionate about sharing the practice of yoga, strength and balance with others. I provide modifications to ensure that every student can safely and effectively participate in classes.

I offer classes for all levels for active aging seniors, including chair yoga, seated strength training and meditation. My classes are designed to help you build strength, increase flexibility & balance and reduce stress.
